I wanted to leave a review, but didn't see a place to do it. I purchased a bed over the phone (we tried it out in another store, but then purchased at Mattress Firm) my husband and I ended up hating it. I called the salesman Chase back to let him know that we just couldn't keep it. He very easily could have told me that there wasn't anything he could do, but instead he got right on it and I got a call back from him when he said he would call.
