Daniel was professional, personable, and thorough. His communication was straightforward and, in my opinion, he was honest. While in the store, I felt valued as a customer. As a retired business owner, I say to Mattress Firm management, Daniel is the raw material needed & is very capable of being molded into a higher level contributor.
