Had a great experience! I felt zero pressure which is very usual in a mattress store! Would highly recommend.
Johnathan Gatz was super helpful with helping me and my wife choose the right mattress.
All went smoothly
We had a fantastic experience purchasing a new mattress today. Julie was super helpful and patient guiding us through the many choices without pressure (just knowledge and support). I’m so excited for our new mattress to arrive! Couldn’t be happier with the service we received.
My daughter got a mattress from Mattress Firm in Dallas, and it has ruined her back. I called the company when I saw her bed. They told me to fill out an online warranty form, when it’s clear that this mattress has to be removed from her apartment - yesterday! Look at the photo.
