My delivery was delayed because the driver supposedly was not able to get into my apartment complex. The store said the driver tried to call me but no call was received. Very poor service. It’s unfortunate that I have to leave this review because the sales guy in store helping me out with the initial purchase was awesome. Edit: even after giving them special instructions that they need to deliver it when the building is open, they still tried to deliver it too early and almost missed the delivery again. Such great service! Hunter was knowledgeable and friendly. He was helpful without being pushy and gave me the space to decide at my own pace. On top of that, he went above and beyond to make sure my COI arrived on time.
