Great shopping experience! We didn't know what we were looking for and Jacob was so helpful in guiding us towards different options. He was able to provide quotes for us based on mattress and frame combinations to help us make a decision with no pressure. When we came back the next day Michael helped us finalize our purchase quickly.
If you’re looking for a new mattress I highly recommend this place. And I recommend you ask for Mike. He had all the answers to our questions and understood what we needed in a mattress. Paid attention to us to the max and he wasn’t trying to up sale us anything. He encouraged us to try out everything and helped us narrow it down to the top 3 for us. We didn’t feel pressured at all and we left the store feeling great about the service and our purchase.
The sales representative was very helpful; answered all questions; met all the needs of the purchase; cordial, helpful, knowledgeable. Highly recommend.
