We had nothing short of a fantastic experience working with Tyler as well as the delivery team that works with Mattress Firm. Tyler was extremely patient during our entire shopping experience over the summer; very supportive throughout when we encountered some hiccups with our order; and had so much integrity when we needed additional assistance. Tyler was so helpful. My daughter and I visited the store weeks before we were ready to purchase. He helped us identify the right mattress but did not press to close the sale, understanding our situation. Went back today to purchase mattress and box spring. Easy and pleasant and Tyler was great
