After a mere 13 years, my temperpedic base failed so I went to mattress firm to see what could be done. I decided to buy a new base which was delivered and set up this morning. The delivery men were excellent-very careful while working in very close quarters, neat, efficient and thorough. I’m very pleased.
I can honestly say I had a good experience. I went in to get a mattress to replace my old one which I bought along with the bed frame five years ago I ended up purchasing another bed frame, the ones that elevate their head in the feet have lights under the bottom! The sales person Brian was very, very good in his sales approach. I didn’t feel pressured at any time. I can’t wait to get my new bed. Good service, good product.. Bought a queen mattress protector. The fit and design are the best I've had. After a week, I'll assess the fit of the sheet over the protector. After one week: Mattress pad is very slippery and sheets won't stay in place. After two weeks, or so: I wrote to the company headquarters, saying the non returnable, $100 plus mattress pad was too slippery to keep sheets in place.
