Bought a queen meduim mattress and sales man made a mistake and ordered me a firm mattress which is not what I had asked for. I didn't realize it was the wrong one until my back and body started hurting. I questioned to myself if sales had given me the wrong one. I called them and spoke with a different sales person and he verified it was a firm mattress on the order.
