I’ve never been to a mattress firm and was recommended by a close friend. We were there looking for two full mattresses for our daughters. We were in/out within 30 minutes, shown 4 mattresses, great price ranges, easy to talk too, listened and helped compare prices to longevity - fantastic. Mattresses will be delivered within a week :)
