Yesterday evening I walked into the new store located in Edgewater Commons to inquire about a mattress and was attended to by the store Manager, Jay Lucas. He was SO KNOWLEDGEABLE about everything that has to do with mattresses. It was interesting to see someone who was actually PASSIONATE about beds and their composition. He knew what they were made of, how they were made, what materials were the best and when new materials were introduced on to the market. Bad customer service. Charge for returns and re-stocking fee (almost 300$) where other local stores do not. Tell you one delivery schedule and then when you call for update give you a maybe date. Alot of apoligizing, but not much else. BEWARE !!

I had never heard of Sleepy's prior to going into the store. I received excellent customer service and had the choice of many different types of Mattresses. Currently, we are awaiting delivery on the mattress and I am confident that we will have just as good of an experience with delivery as we did in the store.

I purchased an "exclusive" Serta mattress only available at Mattress King and I LOVE IT. Salesperson was very knowledgable and friendly. I highly recommend this store!!!!

Love this store! The people were so nice and friendly and knowledgable of their products. Compared to their competition, I would recommend Mattress Firm to anyone who asks! Good job guys.

I recently purchased a home in Lincoln. I bought 3 sets from the local Sleep Train. I was very happy with the quality and the salesman was knowledgable and low pressure. The free delivery does not hurt either.

Horrible Experience Purchased a Kings Down (very expensive) mattress with a 15 year guarantee. The mattress began to sag after 8 years. After inspection it was determined that it was defective. When they came to remove the mattress, their dream team reinspected it with a microscope, went outside called into their company and determined that the mattress was soiled (which it was not as I always used a pad). They failed to guarantee their mattress. They offered me a replacement if I paid $400, supposedly their cost. I will nev... read more
