All I can say is buyer beware!! I believe we got a raw deal..it will take up to much of my time to continue on..all I can say is we got took!!!
Do not ever buy. Now known as MattressFirm, after spending $3700 on a mattress and base and taking a day off work because they gave me a 6 HOUR delivery window I ended up pissed off and without a new bed. The delivery was AWFUL, the men at first didnt even want to take the bed out of the truck, after finally convincing them to they tried to complete the move for about 10 minutes before giving up and claiming it does not fit. After shopping months for a new bed .Today I stopped in at the "New" store in town; Mattress Firm located at 2600 West Pleasant Grove Road in Rogers; Ar. I knew exactly what I wanted.The salesman ;Brain was very kind & professional & even gave me my privacy to try out all the beds to find the right fit for me. Went to the store Sunday of President's Day weekend. Hoped for better sales as higher priced than expected overall. But, it's been a long time since we bought a new, upgraded mattress or bed set. We worked with Sharon Dreger who was the store manager. She was very informative about all the different types of beds, foams and springs each contained. After cancelling order the same day of purchase, and being assured of appropriate follow through, charges are still on credit card. Store staff in Southbury rude and incompetent. Buyer beware!
Sleepys in Rio Grande NJ are bait and switching! Do not buy from them!!!!
America's Mattress in Kona was the best place I have ever shopped. Nothing to do but lay around all day. Dave was such a pleasure to deal with. He made my experience so easy!
