Great customer service. Friendly and helpful
William, the salesperson, was very polite, friendly and knowledgeable of his products. He didn't rush us and thoroughly explained the differences between the characteristics and advantages of matress brands in the store. We have been in several different mattress/bed stores, but never experienced any salesperson with William's level of expertise! A very pleasant visit and purchase of a new bed!
I couldn’t have asked for better service! No pressure, completely listened and gave me options in my price range. He was so friendly and it was an easy decision for me!
