The best customer service I have ever received bar none. The salesperson was extremely friendly and very patient. He treated my wife and I with the utmost respect even though our total purchases was not much. And to top it all, they helped load and tie down my mattress and box spring. We spent at most a half hour in there and walked out with our mattress that day. Our experience could not have been better. Brian was very knowledgeable about their products and helped us find the perfect match for our son. Brian made this whole process simple and easy. Will be back for future purchases
The experience was phenomenal! We were given plenty of options since our guide helped us consider price, comfort, wear, and delivery options. He even went out of his way to organize a pick up for the mattress, being extremely kind to offer free delivery if anything didn’t go according to schedule. The transparency with purchase policies was incredible as well, and we look forward to using the mattress going forward (duh)!
