Donavan was exceptional, we met him the day before and asked him to check on some things for us, he got back to us with all the answers we had asked and spent a great deal of time making sure we got what we were looking for. He didn’t rush us, made us feel like a valued customer and did his best to take care of our needs, excellent customer service, thank you
Huge disappointed at delivery. Instead of taking the mattress out of the box and hauling the box and plastic away, they left the mattress in the box in my house. Trying to get them to come back and get the garbage took hours. They didn't come back until the next day. Bad customer service. Bad communication.
Amazing, great people and the Mattress is amazing. Definitely will be shopping there again soon
2 visits to show room, as we wasn't sure what to buy. Just delivered yesterday, so trying it out. Sale man & manger was very good to discuss our needs. So far we are happy with choice.
