Dee (Sleep Expert) is truly an awesome Salesperson. Professional. Knowledgeable. Helpful. Dee let me take time to try numerous mattresses to find the perfect fit. I didn't feel rushed or pressured into buying. I even went home to think about it. Came back two days later and made the purchase. Karen is the most knowledgeable and patient salesperson I've had an experience with in purchasing my mattress. There were several to choose from, but she gave very detailed information about each and was very understanding about how selective I was. DO NOT BUY ANYTHING IN THIS PLACE, THEY ARE LIARS I recently had an extremely disappointing experience with Mattress Firm. My fiancée and I decided to purchase a bed frame from this store based on the promise that we could try it for 30 days and return it if we weren't satisfied. I will not ever recommend getting a mattress from this store ever again! We bought one here and tried to do a warranty claim, but no one ever got back to us. People kept giving us the run around to put a claim in. Take pictures of your bed.. Yada, Yada, Yada! Nothing happened. I have tried several times throughout the year and no response. Looking for a mattress and base at this store a couple days ago .Was told a specific price on Bed base and Mattress. Went to Wal mart and bought a Foam matteress for half the price than what Matteress firm had ( same 10 warranty also ) Went back to mattress firm to buy base now the price goes up.
