Very nice experience. Young man was very informative, very knowledgeable and very patient.
Marc at the Tigard store efficiently and professionally helped me find the right mattress, adjustable base and pillows to replace aging mattress and pillows. The store selection was great and everything was transparent with regards to cost and delivery schedule. 6-month trial on the mattress should be plenty. I also had kids with me and they had fun at the store as well. What kid wouldn’t with all the beds, remotes and pillows to try! Thank you, Marc! Now the wait is on for the delivery in two weeks.
Marc was very helpful and really listened to the details I liked about each of the mattresses I tried. He spent quite a bit of time showing us different mattresses rrying to help me find th right one for me. Now I’m really excited to have it delivered. I know I’ll getting a great nights’ sleep!
Marc gave us the easiest no pressure mattress purchase we could ever imagine. He was incredibly responsive, helpful and respectful during the entire process.
