I highly recommend this store. Paige, the person who assisted me, was very knowledgeable and helpful. She made the buying process a breeze. I purchased a mattress from this store years ago, so I knew to expect good customer service, and Paige did a great job.
It was well past time for a new mattress. I poked around online and found Mattress Firm and did their online selection guide. I liked what it proposed. My wife and I went to the nearest Mattress Firm at Keizer Station, tried out several, and chose the one the guide recommended. Paige was extremely helpful, chatty and positive. Not pushy at all. We bought the mattress and it was courteously delivered three days later. Last night was my first night on the new mattress and I think we made a great choice.
Daniel was incredibly knowledgeable and helpful in guiding us to pick out new mattress. He listened to our feedback and pointed us in the right direction.
Customer service was great. Salesman were knowledgeable and provided answers to our questions regarding all of the newer types of beds. Friendly and thorough.
