Great experience here. Had an issue with my mattress because of a manufacturer defect and was promptly assisted. They made the process easy and painless. Literally no hassle customer service has been top notch.
I definitely recommend this particular store. Paige, the associate who helped us, listened to our needs and offered solutions within our budget. I did not feel pressured to purchase anything beyond what I intended to purchase. I would return to this store and work with Paige again.
Paige was fantastic! She helped when help was needed, answered any questions, and gave me space to take my time as well. She was very friendly and wonderful to work with!
Excellent sales person in Esteban; he knew his products, had several beds for us to try to fit our needs, was willing to offer discounts and get a delivery date set. He was very personable, enjoyed humor and he was a delight to work with.
