Smooth and easy purchasing process in the jantzen beach store. Nick was very helpful, knowledgeable, and not overbearing, which I always appreciate when making an instore purchase. Had a bit of sticker shock, as I do with most purchases these days, compared to when we bought a mattress 7 years ago.
Very helpful, allowed us to take our time and explained all the options.
