Linh Chau was an amazing salesman person, she show us our options and walked us through the process of buying a sleep system. That we both totally enjoy.
The Experience was great. I found the bed that I was looking for the clerk assisted me with questions that I had. It was very courteous and knowledgeable.
Stephanie was really helpful in explaining the intricacies of all the mattresses and guiding us towards a couple options that fit our needs and price ranges. She also was super responsive to follow-ups and answered all my questions with aplomb. Good experience!

I have purchased mattresses & foundations from this store for the last few years. During those times, I was always treated extremely well. The customer service is always great. And with my Mattress Firm credit card, purchases were always taken care of promptly. My only complaint this time was my credit card was declined due to lack of use. Last used in 2022, and I did not receive any correspondence to let me know this happened.
