Great experience. The mattress firm team was very professional and knowledgeable about the product I was looking for.
My wife and I fully intended on just going in to this location to browse, but our experience with just a 30 day trainee - Ulfrik - had us leaving with a tempur pedic mattress and adjustable base. Mind you, the tempur pedic and the base are not cheap by any means and I had 0 intention of purchasing much less purchasing a close to 6k mattress and base. Sales women claimed they didn’t sell the same exact mattress in Mansfield location.they did. She claimed she did us a favor and “saved us” money off the mattress. It was a Black Friday sale. We had gone to the Mansfield location earlier in the day, and the gentlemen there said there was a rebate/ sale available for the mattress. We should have gone back.
