Steven was very helpful and knowledgeable. He patiently walk-throughed the advantages and disadvantages of each bed. This helped me to make a decision on purchasing a bed. I would definitely recommend “mattress firm - Round Rock” and “Steven” if you plan to purchase a bed/mattress.
