I was satisfied with my service from Douglas. No b.s. I told him what I wanted and thats exactly what he sold me. He was knowledgeable and confident with what he was selling. He made sure I understood everything about the delivery and warranties etc. I will definitely return when I need another mattress.
I particularly loved the salesperson on the floo who gave me the space to try the mattress and was readily avaible when I hade questions.
