Horrible experience
Salesman was awesome found me the mattress I wanted and even set up the delivery.
Steven the sales associate was friendly, helpful and guided me to pick the best mattress for me. I ended up buying the most expensive Stearns and Foster Reserve Queen Mattress ($5,499.00) but from the returns department at a fraction of the suggested list price at under 2 grand. A mattress of this caliber (hand assembled), takes about a month to 3 months to fully break in. My mattress looks brand new and was sanitized before delivery. I strongly recommend Mattress Firm picking out your new bedding needs.
