We had an excellent experience here. We were greeted right and the staff was very pleasant. Brad was our sales rep and was quite knowledgable without being pushy. He listened to our needs and directed us to several options. We were given several discounts and was able leave happy that day with our bed ordered and delivery scheduled. The delivery service was efficient, friendly and professional. A wonderful experiance all around-We highly recommend!

Who trys to haul away the old mattress before they deliver the new one, leaving customer bedless for days! I ordered a new bed frame, mattress, and haul away of my old mattress. Mattress firm failed to call per the text they sent. Farrah at the Rimrock store was extremely rude and not helpful to the mistake mattress firm made by sending the haul away of the old mattress before mattress firm delivered the new mattress.
