Great customer service and very personable! Ben was very knowledgeable about the mattress styles and very helpful with choosing the right option.
Friendly, courteous & knowledgeable staff. Too soon to rate the product; won’t have it for a couple of days. But the purchase process was easy.
The store is clean and has a wide variety of mattresses and pillows. However, I would absolutely not trust the staff there. We purchased a mattress that the staff said was high quality “overstock”, so we purchased it after doing some shopping around. Unfortunately the quality is flat-out not what the staff claimed it to be based on how quickly it packed in (in less than 2 months) resulting in a lumpy mattress that is causing me back pain.
