Good selection in store. The prices and the firmness of all matressesare were clearly posted in the open. Sales assistant Mitchell was courteous and helpful when needed.
My experience with Mattress Firm was opposite of what I thought. I saw the high price tags once I got in the store I was beginning to turn around to go out of the store because I couldn't afford anything in the store. The salesman assured me I could after speaking and him explaining and showing me the difference in the mattress. I gained a lot of knowledge from him on mattresses. I could afford getting a mattress. Our salesman was kind and easy to work with. We never felt any pressure. He let us take as much time as we wanted trying out different mattresses. It was actually an enjoyable buying experience!
