Highly recommend Michael. He was extremely knowledgeable and took the time to explain the different options without ever making us feel rushed. His patience and honesty really stood out. I hadn't realized how ubiquitous mattress stores are until I desperately needed a replacement. With so many stores to choose from, I feel fortunate that I decided to go to Mattress Firm in the Friendly Hills Marketplace (Whittier, CA). Michael greeted me warmly and proceeded to show me around. It was such a painless experience. I needed a new mattress. It was the one year anniversary of mom passing. I walked in, said what I wanted it was a bit more than what I wanted to spend. Then they crunched some numbers, within a few minutes I was out of there. Great job.
