I needed a mattress so I searched google and mattress firm popped up. I checked out the website and liked what I saw. I decided to go to the store. Mike, the salesperson, was very helpful, explaining the different types of mattresses they had. I tried a couple and decided on one. Mike wrapped up all the paperwork and my bed will arrive next week. Easiest purchase ever.
