Recently bought a new mattress at Mattress Firm on Buckeystown Pike in Frederick. I worked with the manager Eric. He was awesome! Answered all of my questions and was very patient with me. Did not try to upsell me beyond the amount I told him I wanted to spend. Also taught me quite a few things about mattresses and sleeping. My mattress was delivered two days later on a Sunday, right on time, based on the time frame I was quoted. The guys wore shoe covers in my house to protect my carpets and were polite and efficient. Mr. Eric Cadiz was awesome!! He got our information from what we were looking for, to how we sleep, quality of sleep, etc., etc. He walked us through the whole store and gave us a ton of information on each mattress we tried. He made the whole process extremely easy and in the end we felt we made the right choice for our mattress. Thank you very much!
