Spend some time with Jimmy at the Buckeystown.Pike store and he educated me on the different styles of mattresses available. I was able to decide on one and made a purchase. The environment was welcoming and I did not feel any sales pressure. Jimmy arranged for the delivery of the mattress within 48 hrs. It has not arrived yet, so I cannot speak to the long-term comfort of the mattress. But you are allowed 100 days to sleep on it and return it if you feel you need to. There is a fee to return it, but it is not prohibitive.
Eric is very knowledgeable and has helped me understand my purchases every time. A great store with great people and great selection of products.
Jimmy gave us great customer service. Asked great questions to figure out what the best bed for us and made it easy to make the purchase and schedule the deliver and setup.
