Great customer service
James was very knowledgeable in regards to everything in the store in and out. He fought to get my husband approved for the bed of our dreams with the matching base within our limits and didn't stop until it was done. His customer service was immaculate. He even stayed an hour after closing to make sure we were satisfied.
I came Into the store I knew what I wanted. Daniel was very knowledgeable on pillows and mattress. He is the man. Beyond thankful. Thank you so much Daniel you are the best. To more future purchases here at Mattress Firm. He deserves a raise.
