Let me start with the place is great, the manager was awesome, got us a great deal! We did spend nearly 10k on just a bed and frame, but was/ have been satisfied... til now. The bed... was AMAZING. We ended up with the Purple Luxe.. super plush, top end mattress. We landed on the space age multi postion, massaging, lighted frame. Well that frame bent. HOWEVER, after contacting the warranty holder, they were happy to ship a new one... BUT Bill the store manager said that wasnt good enough!!! He scheduled a replacement coming ... read more
Mike was terrific! He helped me find the best bed for alllll of my needs and within my price range. He was sooo patient and just let me try out the various beds without any pressure. He went above and beyond to also get it delivered and set up the next day!!!
My wife had major surgery and our life suddenly changed. Part of that change was that our existing bed couldn’t meet her new needs. I was told by a friend that the manager of the local mattress firm store had helped them. Bill the manager came in on his day off, showed me all the options and we put together a perfect solution that was delivered the next day! Thank you Bill and thank you Mattress Firm. .
Great experience. Josh was extremely knowledgeable about all mattresses and did a great job to find options and meet our budget for two twins and a trundle. The whole process was was first class and very smooth.
