I worked with Eric on purchasing a new bed. He was fantastic and I recommend working with him! He was not pushy and listened to the requests I was looking for. One of the best experiences I’ve ever had purchasing a product. I didn’t feel like I was being pushed into one product over the other. Definitely recommend this location and Eric to work with.
I purchased a mattress and adjustable base from the company on October of last year. There was some issue with my adjustable base so I had to call the store. Selena was very helpful and efficient with helping me to resolve the issue. She was kind, courteous, and solution oriented.
I had a great experience working with Eric! He was incredibly knowledgeable, patient, and genuinely focused on helping me find the best mattress for my needs. He took the time to explain the differences between each option and made sure I felt confident in my choice. I really appreciated his honesty and professionalism throughout the process. When we walked into Mattress Firm we weren’t sure what/if we were buying. Had an idea that maybe we would stick with Tempur-Pedic but we weren’t sure.
