I recently purchased a bed and met Mike at the Mission Valley location. I couldn’t believe how seamless he made the whole process work out. Most of all he was friendly, helpful and professional. He took ownership and made me feel important with his follow up , explanation and care. Mike is a class act! I will be sending all my friends and family to him.

Sunday we waited for delivery, driver didn't read instructions that our house is not on map, left us without a bed, then they couldn't deliver the next day due to memorial holiday busy sale, now it's three days later I was told 2:30 to 4:30 pm but I'm still waiting not knowing if my driver abourted due to unexpected delays, and now it's almost the end of the day without a trace of my bed-- very disappointed huhuhu
She was very knowledgeable about the product and made us feel very welcome, and she never did try to oversell us on anything. And she's about the best person I ever come and contact with the purchase. Any kind of merchandise? You should be very glad to have her because she really knows what she's doing That's why I give her a five star
Mike Emery helped us purchase a mattress and frame on Sunday before Memorial day. The transaction couldn't have been easier or more pleasant. We greatly appreciate Mike's help and the ease of the store in general. We were quickly shown as many options as we wanted, given the price we could live with and in and out in minutes.
