Mattress Firm is the best!!! I ordered a bed that wasn’t to my liking but I received a text from an employee via text; and he/she helped me out to their fullest!!! I’m so excited that I can trade in my bed and get a new one after ordering one that wasn’t to my liking. Went in to just browse mattresses but ended up buying one. Hope was the sales associate that assisted me and they were so nice and helpful. They showed me a variety of mattresses that suited my price range and had no issue pulling out mattresses for me to test personally. They were super patient and informative, and even went above and beyond with making sure I got the best deals. Would definitely recommend going to this Mattress Firm!
Edward was absolutely lovely! He was extremely helpful in providing information that was crucial to me deciding which mattress and base to purchase. He also gave us time to test out the various mattresses and talk amongst ourselves. It was a very pleasant and uncomplicated purchasing experience and I really enjoyed our interaction with Edward.
