I would like to recognize Josh from Mattress Firm in Rialto, CA, for the great support he provided in finding the right mattress for my wife and I. I went in skeptical about looking for a mattress at Mattress Firm, as this is one of the larger seller of mattresses and expected high priced-top of the line mattresses. Josh is the freakin man! So knowledgeable and helpful but not at all pushy like most salespeople. He was kind and genuine and just wanted us in a mattress that was best for our needs. 10/10 all because of Josh.

Hope was very helpful, she provided us with helpful information tailored specifically for our preferences. She was transparent as to pricing and didn’t try to upsell us. I recommend this location if you want a no pressure visit to check out some mattresses.
