I’ve bought from Mattress Firm before, so this was my first stop as I shopped for a new mattress for one of my guest rooms. Jomo provided me with excellent service. He was very knowledgeable about the product technologies and went above and beyond to ensure that I had a mattress that fit my needs and at a price point that worked for me. This was especially important because the original mattress that I chose would not be available for delivery early enough for when I needed it.
Robert was very friendly and helpful. second bed I’ve bought with a knowledgeable sales associate.
