I would give the salesperson I've dealt with (Rianne) 5 stars (she's been absolutely awesome) but have just found out that after waiting 3 weeks for the warehouse to receive the mattress I purchased I was "kicked off" the delivery list for my delivery tomorrow. Since I have to coordinate the pickup of my own bed with my son I must wait another week for him to be available on the same day I attempt another delivery.
