Jesse was friendly, helpful and very knowledgeable about the products. He was able to answer all of my questions. The store has a great variety of products and price range. Was also clean and well organized. Product features and prices were clearly marked. Delivery of my mattress was the next day. Gorge and Hector were right on time. Friendly and efficient. All in all going to the Dekalb Mattress Firm was a great shopping experience.
