The team is very knowledgable on what type of mattress we would need for our sleep styles. We had plenty of time to test out different styles. And we have plenty of time to try out our new bed.
My wife and I were in the market for a new mattress. We met with Spencer and he was great. He really listened to our issues with our current mattress and took the time to show us several options. There was no pressure - we even left so we could mull things over a bit. We ultimately returned and bought a new mattress. Spencer was great throughout the process and we were happy with the whole experience.
