I was in a rough spot and needed a decent mattress from Mattress Firm. I bought one of their cheaper Sleepys mattresses. I thought worst case I could pay the fee and mattress firm would come and pick the mattress up easy as pie. Not so! After some difficulties just getting the pick up guys to come they finally arrived only to say that the mattress was too dirty/stained, whatever. See for yourself if you see a stain anywhere.
