Good service and good people.
Ray the sales associate was rude. I should have listened to my instinct, walked out and went somewhere else. We were trying different beds as he mentioned we didn't know what we wanted and weren't serious buyers and should leave and come back. We ended up buying and having to call and change delivery address which he made seem like a huge problem even through it was days in advance and questioned my husband as to why. I had a great experience using this mattress firm. The manager was so patient and thorough with me helping me pick exactly what mattress I wanted. The customer service was outstanding. I was even pleasantly surprised to receive a follow up call to make sure I was completely satisfied with everything. I highly recommend this store if you're looking for a mattress and especially if you're new to mattress buying.
Great service was able to get a great deal that was in our price range.
