Rickk was great!! Knowledgeable and friendly. Helped me save $2000.00 on a Sterns and Foster Lux Estate® Elite 16" Medium Euro Pillow Top Queen. It was a floor sample and had to go to make room for other mattresses in the store. Thank you Rick for showing me the floor sample. You are the best.
Walked in and was greeted by Madonna who was extremely helpful and very kind. I left without purchasing, went to another mattress store and while they matched the price and took off an additional $100, I went back to the store because of excellent (really excellent) customer service. And am very happy with my purchase. Can't wait for delivery!
