Eric was fantastic! From start to finish, he educated us on the pros and cons of each individual bed that we looked at. Didn’t try to “sell” us. After LISTENING to what our pain points were, he recommended the best solution for our problem. We are very satisfied with the experience we had at mattress firm today with Eric. Highly recommend going to see him if you’re in the market for a new bed. Smart dude!
Eric was a huge help and made the whole process of selecting a mattress super easy! He understood our needs and didn't press us to pick something outside of our budget. He presented all options and explained the pros and cons of each. The price was comparable to what we found at other places, but the service was well above what we have experienced elsewhere!
Kyle and Eric were amazing. Eric did not have what we were originally looking for and he referred us to the Spring Hill store were Kyle showed us around and helped us making the right decision. Love them both!!!
