They are lucky google does not have 0 or negative rating. Extremely horrible experience. I ordered a full size memory foam mattress. When it was delivered the box says full size but inside there was a twin size mattress. I call the customer service and it routes my call to the nearest mattress firm on queens blvd in queens and I spoke to the manager who was very mean to me and didn't even apologize for the mixup or inconvenience and when I was venting out my frustration, he hung up on me.
