Pesima compre mi colchón hace un mes, la entrega tenia q ser hoy y cuando llamo para ver pq n llegan me dicen q no saben nada q sera para mañana, encima me sale con q me regalo una almohada como si la tienda fuera de el, hoy tengo q dormir en el suelo con mi niño de 2 años solo pq la gente no sabe trabajar q mal todo
This is my initial review because we are not through the entire experience yet... Having said that, it has so far been a very pleasing experience. When we arrived, we were the only customers there and were promptly greeted by the manager. He was very warm and genuine and made small talk while answering our questions. He never pressured us, and was helpful in explaining the various types of mattresses available. We left to price some other options, but didn't take long to return.
