While my wife and I were prepared to be overwhelmed with the numerous options when we entered the store, we were very quickly put at ease as Zach introduced himself, asked my wife/I a few basic questions and then began to walk us through the basics of the mattress world. What I anticipated to be a stressfull, half-day evolution quickly turned into a nice, brief experience. Thanks, Zach!
Excellent service! I don't speak English, but Jeremy made a real effort to understand me and helped me find exactly what I needed. He was patient, friendly, and professional from start to finish. I got a great deal on my Sealy mattress and adjustable base. Thank you for the great attention!
Great info and very respectful.
I’ve made this purchase from out of state. The representative was knowledgeable, helpful and didn’t try to up sell me. He heard my needs and got me exactly what I wanted at a great price. Thank you for making this experience easy and pleasant.
