Joseph was amazing. I went to the other mattress firm down the street and was met with a Terrible salesman that referred me here and thank goodness he did. After looking around with my wife I wasn't sure we'd find what we were looking for but Joseph got us exactly what we needed plus some. I can't wait for my bed to be delivered and I will be referring everyone I know to him.
My husband and I visited today and Joseph was super helpful and very knowledgeable about all the different beds. We made a purchase and have got it set up and had a nap on it. It's great! We will definitely be back when its time to upgrade.
Kyle was wonderful, he took the time to help us. Even when synchronicity said no to helping us. Kyle found a way to get us our new mattress. Great person to work with, if you need a mattress I suggest you go and visit him at citadel crossings! Tell him David Hermanson sent you!
The gentlemen here were awesome. Exceptional customer service. They were patient with me an really took time to help me make the right decision on major purchase which was unexpected.
10/10 Kyle was amazing! Super knowledgeable and helpful! Was even patient while we walked around for a while just poking and laying on mattresses trying to find one that suited myself and my husband! Kyle also made sure we got an amazing deal on our mattress as well!
