I purchased a mattress from Mattress Firm with a scheduled delivery for Monday between 2:45 PM and 4:45 PM. The sales associate also told me I would receive a call 30 minutes before delivery. On Monday at 2:10 PM, I left to go home, but at 2:18 PM the delivery team arrived — much earlier than scheduled. They called me and said they were in front of my house.
