I went to Mattress Firm Chapel Hills West today and worked with Justin Schmidt. Justin did an outstanding job listening to my specific needs for a bed. He spent over and hour with me. He had extensive knowledge on what each bed offered in terms of comfort and support which bed would fit my needs as well as what price range that would fit my budget. I can't say enough good things about Nicholas with Mattress Firm. From our initial purchase to our 90 day follow-up, he has been incredible in making sure we are happy with our mattress selection. Went in to look for a new mattress- customer service was excellent - we were helped right away and our salesperson was very knowledgeable and yook a lit of time with us to make sure we got the right mattress. Great shopping experience!
