Excellent customer service from the salesmen. Ben and Louie were very knowledgeable in the products I was purchasing!! I appreciated the time Benjamin took to explain things to me that I didn’t understand. I will be sending friends and family to Mattress Firm at 7784 N. Acedmy location. I didn’t feel rushed by the salesmen that helped me. I am very impressed with the service and my wife and I are looking forward to our new and first king sized bed arriving tomorrow!! Our sleep expert was Howard. My family and I clearly see why he is an expert, not a salesman. He listened, recommended and provided just what we went in for. He went above and beyond to accommodate our needs while not being pushy.
Howard had excellent customer service. He was very patient as I tried out the different models multiple times. He was able to answer all the questions I had.
