My husband, Ed and I were very pleased with our experience at Mattress Firm. The salesman was very knowable about seniors and the kind of mattress they might benefit from buying. My husband tried laying on different mattresses with different firmness and made his choice. The salesman helped him through the purchase and delivery processes and made it all very easy.
Have purchased 2 mattresses from this store. This time I just wanted a new pillow. Get the same knowledgeable, friendly, helpful sales people whatever you need. And the product is excellent.
Absolutely incredible. My wife and I were feeling a little lost and overwhelmed when it came to choosing a new mattress set as our last set came with a lot of promises (not from Mattress Firm) that did not deliver.
