Howard is a fantastic person and very good and passionate about his work. We felt very fortunate to have the time with him to work out a large, complex order. He was very quick to make great suggestions, he made the arrangements for purchase /delivery feel quite seemless. As others have said, Howard is great! This was the first store I stopped at on my mattress journey, but he did not pressure me into making a decision or buying on the spot. I ended up coming back to purchase the bed I was looking at after stopping at a couple other stores. The process was effecient and informative. The delivery drivers were also professional and helpful.
