William is very knowledgeable. He answered all of my questions and believe me, I had a lot. I asked pretty much about all the different beds just to make sure that I purchased the right one. And I did acquire the right one with bed frame and bed sheets. I still have 2 more beds to replace and I will be returning to this Mattress Firm. Thank you William!
