Monte my sales person was excellent at time of sale and after delivery. The delivery on the other hand was absolutely the worst experience I have had when delivering something that I just spent 4k on. I have to be in bed by 6pm. My delivery window was 3:15 to 5:15. Needles to say my bed did not show up until 6:45 pm. It took delivery people 15 minutes to get to my door step after arrival. When I walked into the Mattress Firm building at Cascade Station on a Friday afternoon I was greeted by the store manager, Sarah. She was helpful, knowledgeable and she made picking out just the right mattress a breeze. The Labor Day sale prices are really the best I'd seen and delivery scheduling was effortless. If there is room for improvement somewhere I couldn't see where. Five stars across the board! ☆☆☆☆☆
