While we didn't buy a bed at this place Chris the salesperson was highly attentive answered great questions I would go back just to get the bed because Chris was the one who sold it

Well, the experience with mattress firm has been horrible. We bought a base in March 2023 that had the massaging motor attached to the base. In February 2025 the motor lost its power and we were unable to barely feel any vibration. I went to mattress firm to speak to them, and they gave me a number to call to have somebody look at it, but unsure if they were going to be able to warranty the part.
