Today we had a very pleasant experience with Aida at Mattress Firm. She was kind and so helpful. We purchased exactly what we needed and a little more. She was a delight to work with. I am happy that we got next day delivery on the mattress we wanted that was not in stock in the store overall everything was amazing. Update! Great selection and Daniel, our sales associate, made it super easy to choose the right one.
It took a long time to research for a good mattress. All marketing aside I went with what always worked. We purchased a Sealy Spring Medium Queen Mattress which supports the low back. If I don’t like my purchase I can still return the mattress and get another that does work for me and my husband. Thank you to Mattress Firm and to Ivan for his interpersonal skills and knowledge in order to ensure my good purchase.
