Natalie was very helpful to set up a delivery to our hotel on short notice and the Delivery guys worked quickly to replace the new mattress and remove the old one. Our guests were very pleased as was I. Matt assisted with the delivery logistics, which helped us organize my team to assist with prep. Great experience!!!
