Sales person at the time, was very talkative constantly talking about other mattress I wanted. I knew he was new at the job trying to make a sale, but give your customers time to try out different mattresses without being pressured. On a plus side the owner Henry stood by the return 120 policy and would be picking mine up hassle free. I look forward to seeing my updated with my refund. Thank you
