I had a wonderful experience purchasing a mattress for my Murphy bed thanks to Carmen. She greeted me right away when I walked in and guided me through testing out different mattresses to be sure I found the right fit. From start to finish—including checkout—she was professional, patient, and genuinely helpful. Carmen made the whole process easy and enjoyable, and I couldn’t be happier with the service I received. Everything was good until it came to delivery. Lady I spoke to Tuesday said it will be a next day delivery. When I purchased the mattress and frame my delivery would be 3 days later.
