Evan was great
Service was great; Michael was really knowledgeable and helpful. The mattress showed up as scheduled. The one issue was they did not let me know my delivery time until the evening beforehand so scheduling my day was more challenging but the delivery guys were also really nice and helpful.
I was greeted immediately as I entered the store (great first impression). Anna was the sales expert that assisted me. From the moment I entered the store to the moment I left, she exhibited exceptional customer service all around! Anna took her time to educate and guide me to finding ‘the one.’ Thank you again, Anna! You made the process painless and fun. I am looking forward to not wanting to get out of the bed.

Fantastic. Simple, efficient, clear. Evan (Brookhaven location) very helpful, professional, doesn’t try to oversell (did that myself 😂)—all around great service! I’m extremely pleased with my purchases and look forward to the arrival of the Tempur-LuxeBreeze Medium Hybrid 13” King Prime, Ease Adjustable King Base, and two Tempur-Breeze Pro Low King pillows for an even better sleep than already.
