We were in a bind, we needed a mattress quickly. Instead of taking advantage of our situation, the manager gave us a great deal with some additional discounts not advertised. I trust them and would recommend them to anyone looking for an honest experience.
I went with a good idea of what I wanted. Louie was great. I knew exactly what I wanted in an adjustable bed, and she helped me to find the right mattress. To top it off, I got a great price. I highly recommend the Bristow store and Louie.
Casey is very knowledgeable about every product on the floor and about the terms of purchase through mattress firm. I spoke with a number of mattress sales people during my search, and none of them ever came close to Casey’s competency, she is nothing but wonderful to work with! Truly knows her stuff!
