Excellent experience! We planned to get information and go back another time but the sales person, MJ, was so knowledgeable and matched our individual needs to the appropriate mattress type with explanations and demonstrations. We made our purchase and left feeling excited,

I have just bought a second mattress from Mattress Firm within one year because my salesperson , Willy, was competent and easy to work with. I also recommended her and Mattress Firm to my good friend who has been equally pleased with the service and product.
Very bad experience. Got cheated - received a trashy product in the name of an outlet piece. Don’t trust them !!
