The salesman Antawan was very helpful and accommodating. Helped us choose between two options and arranged a credit increase with our credit limit. Arranged delivery date and noted the best options for using our $300 credit (Queen sized sheets and cooling pad.) Highly recommended and happy with our experience. 5 Stars!

I was in search of a mattress that would provide better support and comfort than the one I was currently using. I strolled into the Bloomingdale Mattress Firm store and started testing out various mattresses when Antawan came over to help me. The staff is very friendly and knowledgeable. The bed frame I got was not as I expected and Jorge worked with me to satisfactorily rectify my issue. The delivery was good. They sent me notice when they were on their way and were very respectful of my home. I would recommend this store to my friends.
