I was never told about the $99 pickup fee or the $249 restocking fee when I bought a bed frame here. The frame also isn’t compatible with a standard headboard, which wasn’t explained. When I called for help, the employees gave conflicting info. The manager later offered to reduce the fee to $149, but the fees were never disclosed. Very disappointing experience.
The gentleman I worked was very pleased and not pushy. He even made sure I got out the door. Need more people like he is.
